8-hour change window

Printed orders wait 8 hours before going into production. During that window you can change or cancel your order by contacting us with your order number.

After production starts

Once an order has entered production it's made specifically for you, so it can no longer be cancelled. If it arrives damaged, see our Refunds & Replacements policy.
